SOFIDEEC Baker Tilly is a firm of auditors (legally-required audits and contractual audits) registered with the two French regulatory professional bodies : the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the Compagnie des Commissaires aux Comptes. Both its principal areas of activity are of equal importance. The firm employs 61 people and in 2009 booked fee income of close to €7 million, separately from the Baker Tilly France network (which employs 1.200 people and generates fee income of € 110m) and Baker Tilly International (26.000 people and fee income of € 3.13 bn).

Technical standardsSOFIDEEC Baker Tilly is a director of ATH, an organisation engaged in research, harmonisation of audit techniques and quality control, involving 260 professionals and working closely with professional bodies.
Through ATH, we benefit from a strategic and documentary monitoring service, up-to-date technical tools, focused training, regular external quality control.
We are subject to quality control inspections by the professional regulatory bodies, via France’s H3C council, and submit voluntarily to those of ATH and have launched ISO certification for all our services.
