SOFIDEEC Baker Tilly is a firm of auditors (legally-required audits and contractual audits) registered with the two French regulatory professional bodies : the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the Compagnie des Commissaires aux Comptes. Both its principal areas of activity are of equal importance. The firm employs 61 people and in 2009 booked fee income of close to €7 million, separately from the Baker Tilly France network (which employs 1,200 people and generates fee income of € 110m) and Baker Tilly International (26,000 people and fee income of € 3.13bn).
